 If you already sent an entry in the first round and you didn’t win, there is no need to send an entry again. All previously sent and valid entries will still qualify for this round.

1. Answer all of the following questions:

• a. What is the full name of Simple Plan’s lead singer?
• b.  Name all of the albums released by Simple Plan.
• c. Name one artist Simple Plan collaborated with on their Get Your Heart On album.
• d. What is the date of Simple Plan’s concert in Manila in 2012?
• e. Name one artist featured on DAYLY Entertainment’s Facebook profile photo.

2. Take a clear photo of your concert ticket. The photo is for us to verify that you are indeed a ticket holder.

3. Send the photo and the answers to the questions to dayly.entertainmentATgmailDOTcom with the subject - SIMPLE PLAN SOUNDCHECK PARTY.

Don’t forget to include your Full Name and Mobile/Cellphone number!

4. Deadline for submission of entries  is on January 10, 2012 (Tuesday) at 11:59PM - Philippine time (GMT +8).

5. Winners will be announced on January 11, 2012 (Wednesday). There is no specified time for the announcement of winners.

1. This contest is open to ALL ticket holders of Simple Plan Live in Manila.

2. This contest is ONLY for SOUND CHECK PARTY PASSES, not Meet and Greet passes.

3. Each winner will get ONE (1) Sound Check Party Pass.

4. Contest entries may only be submitted via e-mail. Entries submitted using other means will be not be counted.

5. Contestants must be responsible in submitting complete contest entries. DAYLY Entertainment reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete entries.

6. Contestants may submit only one entry.

7. All photos submitted will not be used nor posted by DAYLY Entertainment for promotional purposes. All personal details will be kept private and will not be shared to anyone outside the DAYLY Entertainment Team.

8. All valid entries submitted will be entered into a lucky draw. Ten (10) winners will be drawn by the DAYLY Entertainment Team.

9. The winners will be announced on our Facebook page and will also be notified via e-mail.

10. Should a winner be unable to attend the sound check party, he/she must contact the DAYLY Entertainment Team at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the prize will be forfeited.
